Step 1. Discovery & Direction
We begin with a virtual discovery call where we learn about your home, your goals, and how you live in the space. This step helps us establish clear direction, confirm project alignment, and ensure we’re the right fit before design work begins.
Step 2. Space Planning & Design Development
Floor plans are refined, layouts are solved, and the overall design direction takes shape. We focus on function first—how the space works day to day — before layering in materials and details.
Step 3. Design Presentation & Review
You’ll receive clear drawings, 3D visualizations, and curated selections to fully understand the design. We review everything together and refine as needed before moving forward.
Step 4. Construction Documentation & Coordination (as applicable)
For renovation or new-build projects, we prepare detailed drawings and selections and coordinate closely with your builder and trades to support accurate pricing and proper execution.
Step 5. Sourcing, Ordering & Project Support
We source high-quality, timeless furnishings and finishes, manage ordering and logistics, and remain involved throughout construction to ensure design intent is maintained.
Step 6. Installation & Completion
Once construction is complete and all items have arrived, we oversee installation and final details. The result is a cohesive, well-considered home ready to be lived in
